Should i be treated if i have the Norovirus?

I am sure i have the Norovirus. I had diarria, vomiting, coughing, sneezing, cramps, stomach aches, and just feeling crappy. Should i go to the doctor? my local hospital has shut down two wings because of the virus. I got it on monday early morning now it is wensday. I am still feeling really bad.

If it is Norovirus, it will pass in a few days.
You are probably young, and will be fine.
Just stay hydrated, as best you can.
Your doc can't do anything for this, really. Antibiotics don't cure viruses.
