Question Detailsim 5'5 and i weight like 135-140 pounds
Im only a teenager tho.. and most people i know are skinnier then me.
And they eat more then me.. i wanna be around 120 pounds.
I've been thinking of going on a 30-40 minute walk aday..
And eating a little bit healthier.. like eating more fruits and stuff but I don't know:\

You've got it! Try going for a brisk walk or a jog. You may want to walk for 5 minutes, jog for 2 minutes until you reach your goal of 30 minutes. That will speed up calorie burning.
Eating healthy is a key to losing weight. Fruits are good, veggies, grains and of course lean meat. Make sure you don't snack on junk like chips and sugary sweets. Replace those with a healthy snack like 1/2 cup plain yogurt plus 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen without sugar), no fried foods.
Drink water instead of pop (including diet pop). Make sure you eat often but smaller portions and do not eat after dinner any more.
