i have had a sore side for months and have been feeling sick not not eating thr pain is starting to move across my tummy i feel dizzie and get bad sore heads and i also somtimes have trouble with number two at the toilet
im only fifteen and im a girl please help

Maybe you have a infection on that side.
It sounds like you have a bladder infection.
