Question DetailsI have dealt with constipation for years,been doing some research and realized that it is probably lack of fiber and not drinking enough water.I am trying hard today to do better,but wonder how long it will take to get my body in better shape digestive wise.My stools tend to be hard and ball like.I also feel bloated and tired.Has anyone cured their problem?Can drinking more water and taking fiber supplements help?Thanks
Best Answeryes and eating yogurt and walking are good to that should help but it might take a week before you will feel a difference just keep on drinking water and getting more fiber
Other Answers1: yes! fibre is your friend, both soluble and insoluble fibre are good. Taking a supplement and eating fibre rich foods will help (cereals and granola bars are good, many products advertising being high fibre so seek these out!) If you take fibre, your body will react almost immediately.
oh, and drinking more water is always a good idea :)
